Replace

[domain.com] with your domain
[slug] with the post’s slug. Note that the copy is correct, with the slug in the line hreflang="vi", copy the correct slug of that article. Similar to hreflang="en"

Then copy and paste into both posts at Code injection > Post header

Paste in the Post header of 2 articles
